An effervescent take on minimalistic indie dream pop, weaving together its own atmosphere around your head as you listen; a “technicolor dream” characterized by subtle yet electrifying elements that bring levity to your world.
The name ‘drug store romeos’, to me, has the connotation of being a knock-off or generic brand version of this classic idea of ‘the hopeless romantic’, but there is nothing inauthentic nor hopeless about the music they make; in fact, it’s quite the reverse.
