Here’s the color palette that i used for the Dream Team piece, hope this will help!
The top half are the colors with the overlay and the bottom half are the colors without the overlay. I use Procreate so this process might be different on other drawing applications.
Additionally, I added about 10-20% noise on the overlay layer for some texture.
