anyway i wasn’t going to talk about the online burn book situation but i will not let anyone accuse me of plagiarism after what i was just sent from there

you guys are free to check out the accusation on there yourself, but I’d like to make it abundantly clear i would never do that to a fellow creator

i just think it’s absurd im being accused of it on two fics (serial killer and slim pickins) where i OPENLY credited the authors who actually inspired me and linked their works on the series masterlist and literally got their permission to write it before i even published either

if you think that my work isn’t as good as theirs or someone else's, that is totally fine!!! you can just block me. but creating your own fiction about me just copying other people is just insanely disrespectful and blatantly false. i have always been extremely forthcoming with my ideas and inspirations and do my best to support other authors on here

and no, im not asking anyone to go leave hate comments or harass anyone, because that’s obviously not right, nor do i expect any pity or anything because this is literally just tumblr and it’s not that serious. but if you dislike me or for think for a second that i would actually copy or rip off someone, just unfollow or block me. its that simple and easy. i have no interest in any of this petty stupid drama over things i know im not guilty of
