My first time walking in procession for Thaipusam in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Hindu Master Sri Maha Kaliamman Sevai Nilayam allowed us to perform the ritual, bearing our offerings and traveling 272 steps up to the Batu Caves in honor of Lord Murugan. We asked if we could all pray for Kali Ma (hence all the black clothing instead of the traditional saffron). @bloodyinkmary & I each had a back hook connected to 2 hooks in the stomach of @witchprojekt, while @indigenak & @thejnx13 had hooks in their back, being dragged by @bruceredgrey. We walked for 5 hours, stopping often for the kavadi bearers to rest. @ronnyneedles, @deniseembert & the entire team at @specbodyart made this SUCH an incredible experience: eternal gratitude!
