Indigo was never really into dating - or maybe Aurora Skies just didn’t offer people worth dating, as her cousin Titania had said many times before joining a BC. The night before Tani left, she talked Indigo into giving it a try too. The very next day, Indigo applied for Maple BC. There’s just something about Harissa...she can’t quite explain what it is but she likes it a lot.

Indigo works at a small seafood restaurant her adoptive parents own. She’s a keen angler herself. Her dad used to take her on many fishing trips when she was a kid. Indigo dreams of having an entertaining cooking show someday. No room stays quiet for too long when she enters, she just knows how to make people’s day better - either by a few kind words or silly little jokes. Speaking of which, her laughter is the cutest, or so her cousin says.

Oh, by the way, she usually likes cats more than people. Usually. She can make a few lucky exceptions.

An Indigo Interview

1. Introduce yourself! Your name, gender and pronouns, where you’re from, all that good stuff.

Hello! My name is Indigo...Lungwort. *sighs* Look, I love my adoptive parents, but I don’t know anyone with a worse surname. I hate the sound of it, okay...anyway, I’m a bisexual cis woman and use she/her pronouns...wait, that was probably obvious...nevermind. I was born in Bridgeport but raised in Aurora Skies. I would move back to Bridgeport in a heartbeat. Nothing exciting ever happens here in the north.

2. Favorite article/type of clothing? Harissa’s fond of sundresses.

I’m not really into fashion and my style is pretty basic, I’d say...just some striped T-shirt and jeans! Yeah, I really love stripes. I’m a berry zebra, basically.

3. Favorite genre of music? Favorite artist/band?

I’m a simple girl with a simple taste, just let me listen to some pop music and we’ll be good. My favourite songs are always on the radio. As for my favourite band...

*sweats nervously* Alright...I haven’t grown out of my One Direction phase. And I probably never will. It’s kind of embarrassing, isn’t it?

4. Favorite movie/TV show/podcast/etc.? BCs are also acceptable answers.

I watch a lot of cooking shows.

5. What’s your favorite hamburger? Harissa’s a big fan of them. But if you don’t eat meat, what’s your favorite meatless dish?

I’m not into that, if I’m being honest...I’d rather eat some sushi.

6. What’s your dream vacation?

I’ve always wanted to visit Sunlit Tides...that place is a paradise on Earth. I also love big cities, but man...Sunlit Tides.

7. Have you ever committed a crime or any illegal infraction?

It’s not exactly a crime but I drank alcohol for the first time when I was fourteen... *shrugs* Does anyone really wait to be an adult to try beer?

8. What are your thoughts on having children?

Someday, maybe. I’m not opposed to that!

9. Thoughts on a celebrity chef hosting this BC?

Celebrities are people like us, right? Right...okay, I won’t lie, it’s exciting. Oh my god it’s so exciting. I’m just trying to keep it together but...can I really keep it together?

10. OOC Question: Any tips for writing your character?

When Indigo talks, she makes a lot of...pauses. It’s annoying but people just have to get used to it. Oh, and she’s a very positive person. Happy and shiny, you might say. (Okay I just had to make a Heathers reference. It wouldn’t be me if I didn’t throw it in there.)
