Grammar time again!

This time, it’s indirect statement - “I think that ...”, “she says that ...”, etc. This is done similarly to Latin. To say “I think I’m tired”, you would form it as “I think me to be tired” - the verb in the indirect part of the statement takes the infinitive and its subject becomes the object of the direct part of the statement.

I have done things to myself to cause people who care about me to worry, which pains me and pushes me to do things that make people worry more and the cycle continues

i'm trying to study indirect statements but latin is hard. i do not comprehend.
