Ravion and Indris most likely do have an established relationship in canon. Or else they wouldn't have banned Otivia's poem about them nor would Indris feel so easy and comfortable around Ravion. Indris cares about structures and hierarchy but rarely when it comes to Ravion. They're easy and relaxed around each other.

Even though he seemingly made the lantern for everybody (and we then apparently took it away with us, immediately used it as a crafting material and regifted it away lol. that's what you do with a friend's handmade gift), that's how it looked for me. What's with the blushing, Indris? What's with all these "…oh" and "…", Ravion? Look what you've done, Indris! You broke him. He's lost for words. Ravion.exe stopped responding.

But as fun as it is for me to see it as something awkwardly romantic, the poor guy probably got feelings from being included into a group of genuine friends for the first time. It's cute anyways.
