Ingredients: 1 cup 225g unsalted butter. 2 cups 400g granulated sugar. 4 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 3/4 cup 90g unsweetened cocoa powder. 1 cup 125g all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup 175g semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C. Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined. Add cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Mix until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
