These Easy Vegan Avocado Brownies are a deliciously rich and fudgy treat that you won't believe are made with avocado! Using a blender makes this recipe incredibly simple and quick to whip up, perfect for satisfying your chocolate cravings.
Ingredients: 1 ripe avocado. 1/2 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 cup almond flour. 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. In a blender, combine ripe avocado, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth. Add cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt to the blender. Blend until all ingredients are well combined. Fold in dairy-free chocolate chips into the batter using a spatula. Pour the batter into a greased 8x8-inch baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the brownies to cool before slicing and serving. Enjoy!

This quick and easy fudge recipe only needs four simple ingredients and is great for when you're craving something sweet. The rich dark chocolate, sweet condensed milk, Clinkers candy, and mini marshmallows taste great together.
Ingredients: 400g dark chocolate, chopped. 200g sweetened condensed milk. 200g Clinkers candy, roughly chopped. 100g mini marshmallows.
Instructions: Put parchment paper around the edges of a square baking pan, leaving some overhang to make it easy to take off. Put the chopped dark chocolate and sweetened condensed milk in a bowl that can go in the microwave. Every 20 to 30 seconds, stir the mixture in the microwave until all the chocolate is melted and it is smooth. Make sure the chopped Clinkers candy and mini marshmallows are spread out evenly as you fold them in. Spread out the fudge mixture in the baking pan that has been prepared. Put the fudge in the fridge for at least two hours, or until it sets. When the fudge is set, use the extra parchment paper to lift it out of the pan.
