Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1/2 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup milk. 1 egg. 1 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp baking soda. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/2 cup chopped pecans. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a muffin tin with paper liners. In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sour cream, milk, and egg. Add the baking powder, baking soda, salt, chopped pecans, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon to the wet ingredients and mix well. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean. Remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
