Dear Followers,
I just wanted to make another post Thanking everyone who is helping send me to SpnIndy. Almost five days later and I still don’t know what to make of the generosity that you have shown me. I truly love you all. Even those that simply signal boosted my post. In a small way, you helped too. So I just want to say thank you once again especially if you didn’t see my first thank you. My time on Tumblr and in this fandom has not always been the best. To the point that I have doubted that spn family was really a family. But you my wonderful followers and especially those that helped me have shown me that this truly is a family. There may a few nasty people, no family is perfect, but there is love to be found here. I have never experienced anything like this even within my actual family. I just don’t know what to describe it as but as a miracle. For some reason, it seems that fate wants me to attend this convention. I promise I will try to make the most of it. I plan on posting pictures and live blogging the whole thing. So you get to come along with me on my trip. The schedule is not out yet so I don’t know exactly what panels I will be at but I will for sure be at the gold panel with Misha and Rachel and Misha’s main panel of course. I am going to try my best to ask a question but it sounds like that is really up to luck as to whether you get to ask it or not. I want to try to include you all as much as possible in my experience so I would love if you would send me suggestions of questions to ask Misha or any of the other actors that will be there. This way you can kinda be there with me. For example, I would love to have a megstiel question at the ready for the gold panel but I am having trouble thinking of a good one. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I will try to take some pictures of my experience but I don’t know how good they will be. I am in the fifth row and while I do have a DSLR camera I do not have a very good zoom lens. I will try to do my best with what I have. Just do expect pictures from me like some of the bigger photographers in the fandom.
I included a selfie so you can all see the face of the person you helped. I don’t want to just be some faceless rando because we are really family now and I love you. Thank You again so much you have truly changed my life and my understanding of what a fandom is.
