How much have you got in your wallet?
So…where does Aziraphale get all his money? Crowley, sure, miracle it up, steal it, whatever. But Aziraphale? He buys a bookshop, spends the 18th and 19th century in beautifully tailored garments and carries around 90 guineas! Which, according to a completely unreliable online converter, is almost £6000 today.
My current theory is that heaven doesn’t understand money and simply lets Aziraphale decide what his salary should be and he spends a lot of time agonising over how much he ought to take before taking a bit more than that every time.
