I'm going to be taking a little break from my #infamouslastwords project (posting consistently anyway) while I work on another personal project that is more time sensitive. With that in mind I wanted to throwback to my first piece and create another Saves the Day inspired headstone. For whatever reason I've never been a big fan of using strokes in my work. My mind seems to process fills and shapes better. I suspect that's probably part of the reason I don't particularly enjoy sketching. Anyway, I'm trying to broaden my horizons a bit and incorporate more line work into stuff.
