Garrus was the type of man who tried with all his might to strive for justice in an unjust galaxy. The man was once a C-Sec (Citadel Security) officer assigned to many different cases that required a lot of concentration and dedication. When he first met Commander Shepard in Citadel space, it was in the Towers and he was assigned to the rogue Spectre Saren's case. The Turian had been recruiting a Geth army and working with an ancient race called the "Reapers" who were in the process of destroying all those organic. Whatever the tradition was, it had to stop. All organic life needed to live and it was wrong to destroy an existence due to merely an idea developed through a concensus. 'Couse, organics have been destroying themselves for as long as the Universe lived but it wasn't the Reaper's right to purge them.Shepard had taken Garrus on their ship, allowing Garrus to reach his true potential and become this 'hero' he never knew he was.
