I was initially thinking no, but in all honesty, yes. With few exceptions, Juggalos stick to their own little community of...whatever it is...and there are certainly problems within that community, but it's super easy to avoid Juggalos. I think the last time I met one was like four years ago. Maybe longer. Plus, nobody except Juggalos (and the FBI, I guess) takes Juggalos seriously. Nobody (including Juggalos) quotes ICP in lieu of political arguments or opinions about culture.
South Park is one of the biggest influences on an entire generation of boys and men, and it shows. ICP is just some shitty group with a way-larger-than-expected fanbase that's still not really that big in the scheme of things.
