Four Feathered Future Folk!

Figured it was about time to detail a few other members of my species! The DromaeOS Units or DromaeOSaurs are a species of synthetic humanoids that appeared during the Post-Contact Wars of Earth and were documented and standardized soon after. Individuals seeking to become DromaeOS Units can select between any genus of dromaeosauridae to base their new form off of, and are encouraged [but not required] to choose one that existed near their place of origin if it's somewhere on Earth. Further information about these characters below!

Rubus: Berry-themed deinonychus, a musician who kitted zirself out with audio equipment. Bisexual & quoigender

Drago: Bluebird pyroraptor, an overseer of asteroid mining operations that once lost his left side in an accident, and has since been using a friend's spare arm. Homosexual & intergender

Huángtóng: Metallic changyuraptor, has regularly adopted new jobs and hobbies for its entire life. Omnisexual & agender

Šaṭranj: RGB austroraptor, a photographer who especially loves taking photos of phenomena that cannot be seen with the baseline human eye. Homosexual & neutrois

2024 Jupiter Refsheet Update!

Thought it was about time to rework the refsheet for my kintype, now it better fits my current art style! Among the more notable changes are a new body shape, a different method of doing a feathery texture, and some more prominent lines that will hopefully make it easier to tell what's what.

Storage Compartment Munchies!

Synthetic humanoids such as the DromaeOS Units may opt to include small storage spaces in otherwise unoccupied parts of their anatomy. These are often used to hold cherished items, frequently-used tools, or, as in this case, emergency snacks!

Costume Party!

October, 2139 - Jupiter decides to have a Halloween party with some of the Parallel Jovians he's become friends with since the Holepunch Incident. Since all of them have extra-durable bodies (save for Osiris, whose toaster pastry-based composition is much weaker in this universe), some decided to bring thematically-appropriate weaponry for the occasional costume fight!

After meeting during a joint research mission on an anomalous eyeball planet, Jupiter and Brigali became colleagues at the Hōkūleʻa Orbital Spatiotemporal Institute (HOSI), and invested their efforts into studying the potential of wormholes that would bypass liminal subspace. During a procedure involving creating a wormhole with modified properties, the bridging protocol seemingly ceased to function, with the central gap in the HOSI's toroidal structure gaining no physical alterations. It was only when an exasperated Jupiter drifted into the gap to examine it that something did manifest: a branching inter-universal wormhole, at the exact spot where Jupiter was hovering. Jupiter's neural system was flooded with countless new inputs from alternate versions of themself, now referred to as the Parallel Jovians. The Parallel Jovians, based on their universe's similarity to Jupiter's own, could communicate with, swap places with, or appear near Jupiter. The sudden influx of extra-dimensional life-forms with previously unobserved capabilities caused considerable damage to the Institute and its personnel, and left Jupiter incapable of continuing work in the field for the foreseeable future.
