@inheritedruin asked for more Ghosts
Now, Montrell was not a foolish man. Perhaps a tad too enthusiastic, perhaps a bit too trusting, but never foolish. He knew a specter when he saw one.
But he also knows better than to draw that to the ghost’s attention. And so, still blissfully unaware of his own status, simply bows deeply, a kindly smile on his face and a single hand hand extended as if to shake. He has every intention of, in the very least, attempting to kiss the back of it, as one would when greeting any woman of high standing.
“My Lady,” he greets, still smiling all the while, “it is an honor. To what circumstance do I owe the pleasure of your company?”

The Old Road. Dangerous. Disgusting. The cackling of bandits and witches could be heard as Damian sat quietly in the stagecoach. He was an experienced combatant and thought he would be ready for anything he would face in this supposed cursed Hamlet. He had heard there was help needed at the nearby Hamlet, and he vowed to help whoever he could. It would be no different than other missionary work his congregation had done before. Help the sick and the poor. Build homes. Repair buildings.
It would be easy work... except, maybe not so much.
He heard this work involved something... different. Cleansing the Hamlet of monsters of some sort. He wondered if he would be up to that task.
His train of thought was cut short as the Stagecoach stopped and the door swung open. He stepped out and felt the air on his face. Something about it was wrong. He could smell the stink from the sewers and in the distance he heard shrieks of terror.
Huh. Interesting.
He didn't even realize there was a person waiting for him until she cleared her throat.

[ mun’s answer: NOT GREAT. especially not when he’s trying. ]
🛣, 🐺
🛣- Is your muse considered a wanderer?
More or less! Vesci lives in her cart, and before settling in the Estate, usually wandered from country to country, looking for interesting things to buy and sell from every corner of the world she could.So... I’d call her a wanderer, usually. She’s just taking a break from it, right now.
🐺- Would your muse consider themselves a lone wolf or a social butterfly?
She’s... well, she sees herself a bit like a wolf in a butterfly’s clothing, honestly. Not the latter, but she doesn’t act like the former. Vesci would prefer to be alone, most of the time, but her job doesn’t allow for it! So she networks hard. She probably knows most of the people in the Hamlet, by now, just because she plays at being an extrovert enough.
"It's only the truth, milady." Please, oh whatever those holy types pray to, let not his employer think that he's capable of more niceness. It's already ruining his reputation.
trope!
All Loving Hero
This character, simply put, loves everyone. Loves them with a deep, spiritual love that means they will shake heaven and earth, destroy gods and planets, bring nations to their knees, etc. for the person they just met yesterday. They will believe the best of everyone, and constantly give someone a second chance (though they will defeat the Big Bad). They repay cruelty with kindness and anger with calm. They are the ones who will suffer for the sins of their loved ones. Most people think they're insane, but somehow they pull it off. Even Mary Sue and Marty Stu are impressed.
The Empathic Weapon trusts them completely, as does every animal they meet. Their every step causes flowers to bloom. Their circle of friends are in awe of them, if not somewhat in love with them. They'll even attract an Anti-Hero or two who will stick around so they can figure out what drugs this person is taking — and where they can get some. In their hands, The Power of Love and The Power of Friendship can be an awesome force, they may be the standard bearer for the message that You Are Not Alone and if anything can redeem a person against the odds by showing them the light of goodness, it will probably be the All Loving Hero.
I couldn’t with good conscience not put Toast under this trope considering all the things she has done / does / wants to do for the other mercs and the Hamlet as a whole. I will say that Toast definitely does get angry at times, but for the most part, she tries to do exactly what this trope says. And at night, she worries that she’s not good enough at it.
