Season's greetings! "Christmas with the Crapps: An Ink Toby Christmas", 2016/17 I pencilled this on Christmas day and when I failed to slap some ink on it on that day I lost all momentum and did not finish it until this past Sunday. It's a cover for an unwritten, undrawn christmas special for my special star, Ink Toby. Maybe it will be a real comic story in time for next year's yuletide season, when it will burst from the ground fully formed like a fighting Uruk-Hai. For now I need to concentrate on getting that new edition of Ink Tobys printed, I've been waffling over adding some color to the cover but I think that idea was ill conceived and I should go ahead with the black and white we all know and love (?) at least for the 2nd printing. Time to buckle up, rise to the occasion, accomplish my goals in 2017!
