After a while, I finally grabbed my watercolour set, ink and started painting. Even if I took quite a long break from painting, it turned out really well.
If you are curious, I will tell you two tips: The secret to get nice watercolour colours is not using too many different colours, just mix already used colours together. (I made that green colour from my left-over grayish blue and yellow)
And to make interesting shadows, never use black. Instead, use a little darker but different hue. (just like the mushroom caps in my picture)
Inktober Day 1: Crystal. Here we are again, dear friends. The most exciting time of the year! ❤️ I struggled with a concept for this one, but I'm really happy with what I landed on. Cheers to all who made it through Day 1! Did you draw this prompt too? Share your illustration in the comments below a I would love to see it!

Rodent. A squirrel is a rodent. I'm sleepy.
Inktober prompt "Rodent" was a tough one though, but I landed on a squirrel because I like in NYC. New Yorkers, you know what I'm talking about.
Also, squirrels are evil. I don't care if they have cute tails, I can guarantee that someday you too will consider them demon spawn.
