Having a character who shapeshifts is so much fun when it comes to playing with the character's moods and how that comes through via their ability.
Inkdrop can melt herself and reshape herself in anyway she wants to. She is highly imaginative and is inspired by the things she sees. She has a tendency to mimic the things she loves and so as she becomes close to someone she may start to incorporate traits of theirs into her forms.
She sees Muerto as a brother so she mimicked his big cat ears. She saw Sepulchral as a mentor so she mimicked his feathered pigeon wings. She fell in love with Velvet so she mimicked her fluffy tail.
She loves dragons and bats and cats and often mixes these traits together to form her own thing. While feeling mischievous she often leans more into bat traits. Cheerful, she leans into cat traits. Negative emotions make it hard for her to focus on a form and some details may start to melt away. Extremely upset and she turns into a literal puddle.
There's so much to express with the way Inkdrop chooses to appear and it's why she's one of my favorite characters
