As or the seeing things. Get her somewhere bright maybe and calming. Let her listen to music or sing to her. Idk if this helps but this is what I do when I have panic attacks. I’m sorry about your sister! I hope she gets better it’s hard to handle panic attacks
yeah we tried to keep reminder her its okay but i’ll keep in mind the senses thing as well as the brightness bc she said the dark road made her think we were going into the woods!! thank you! she was able to calm down after a bit but it was scary bc i had to drive while she was freaking out
inklings2 said: a lot of reassurance that nothing is going to get her and you and your other sister are going to stay with her and won’t let anything happen to her n stuff like that. dont like brush off what she saw/heard but definitely stay with her (pt1) maybe try to do something that would distact her like listening to music or something or playing flash games maybe or just like talking about other stuff :0 idk if those r helpful but those help me
yeah we kept telling her if anything was after her we’d protect her and keep her safe. eventually she calmed down but it was still awful bc it took lots of reassurance and she still felt scared. thank you!!!
