After weeks of website design and creation, font design, spreadsheets, print layout, manuscript reading, adopting new ecommerce + project management software, InDesign classes and digital work, I found myself oddly nervous about picking up my ink - while also missing it to my soul like an unwatered plant!
Paced about, procrastinated, frowned.
Picked up the pen’n’ink, felt stiff and amateur.
Half an hour in, and I’ve come home. I adore my tech, but I’m a practical maker to my core.
