this is such a great idea but obviously you know that cause everyone's already said that um well anyways hi i'm alli and i'm 14 and my hobbies consist of tumblr, reading, watching movies, and watching tv.

so first off i should probably name all of the books i've read.

i probably won't remember them all but oh well

-Hunger Games series by Suzanne Collins

-Hush, Hush series by Becca Fitzpatrick (omf literally the best okay)

-The Seven Deadly Sins series by Robin Wasserman (i know that's not popular but it's pretty good idk)

-Silence by Lucy Christopher (that's an amazing book k)

-Caster Chronicles series by Kami Garcia & Margaret Stohl (Beautiful Creatures, etc)

-Percy Jackson and the Olympians series by Rick Riordan

-i'm gonna read the sister series for that which is The Heroes of Olympus by Rick Riordan

-idk that's all i can think of

-oh and my goal is to read The Fault in Our Stars, Looking for Alaska, Paper Towns, and An Abundance of Katherines all by John Green

all i do is read and watch movies and tv because it separates me from the rest of the world and i just love the suspense and action and love and magic and happiness and sadness and every other emotion they can give to you because it's just amazing to me blah idk but yeah being in this club would really be great :)

omg i think it's so cool that you're doing this and i would love to be in it. i feel like i can't talk to my friends about the books i read because they just wouldn't understand what i'm talking about or how obsessed/in love with all the books i really am.

so, the books i've read most recently are

Divergent series (don't even get me started)

I recently finished The Mortal Instruments series and oh. my. god. it was amazing. i went through phases of hating it and loving it and i just asdfdkjh. 

The Fault in Our Stars (i literally bawled at the end of it. i locked myself in my room and just cried for a while.)

Paper Towns (i really need to read more john green. i keep meaning to but...other books...)

I read the Hunger Games a long time ago (because i'm just cool like that and i'm wayy ahead of the trend)

Perks of Being a Wallflower was amazing

i read the entire Pretty Little Liars series before the tv show even started (again, i'm just too cool and wayy ahead of the trend)

I read almost every sarah dessen book in 8th grade

Thirteen Reasons Why oh my god

omg i read the Kingdom Keepers books (i think the first two were out then) in elementary school and those were my favorite books ever and i thought they were just the best thing to ever be written and that i would never read something that good again (little did i know that years later i would be sitting in my room bawling my eyes out because of a different book)

Child Called "It" that was an upsetting book. it was good, but it was sad.

I'm getting ready to start reading Delirium and i heard it's really upsetting at the end and i'm going to need people to talk to about it.

Paranormal Activity 4 i don't normally like scary movies because they give me nightmares, but this one was alright.

Slumdog Millionaire omg i remember watching this and i thought i was so cool because i was like 11 and it was the first rated r movie i ever saw

Omg I’m perfect for this club bcus all I do with my life is read books + Watch movies (mostly books) and I’m funny sometimes (idk if that matters) and I like to read and stuff

ok so i just read a couple of books (in like a night)

gossip of the starlings (it's about horse jumping and cocaine)

timer game (OMG BEST MYSTERY BOOK EVER IT WAS SO SUSPENSEFUL)

i've read like all the harry potter books and watched all the movies omg it was my childhood i started reading them when i was six

of course all the hunger games books (b4 they got popular sigh look how indie i am)

i've got like 8 bookshelves i just don't have enough room for all my books

i read gone with the wind in eighth grade (i was fourteen, it's like 2000 pages and the ending was shit)

i've even ventured to read fifty shades of grey (it's as bad as people say it is)

and then there's a ton of other books and stuff i read

and i'm watching bridesmaids right now actually

i want to know other books to read cause it's kind of hard to find good ones, ja feel?

hey :) OK so the last three books I read were the fault in our stars, 12 reasons why and the perks. I fucking love anything by John Green like he's my favorite person. The last movie I watched was the perks as well, I've seen it so much but I still like the book better. I really really want to be in this book/movie club and here's why:

I love books. I stay up to read until the birds are chirping okay.

I also love movies. I'm in Lit Thru Film class for a reason.

When I especially love a book or movie, I recommend it to everyone and list out all the reasons why they should love the book/movie as much as me.

I crave recs. I run out of stuff to read/watch all the time and I really would love people recommending me stuff.
