This makes me laugh so much. . Why? . Well I’ve always been able to go out and have fun without drinking or doing drugs, well at least in recent years but that’s easy when it’s dimly lit and everyone else is drunk 🤷🏽♀️ . This was one of the stretches on the weekend and when we were told I thought to myself WTF I can’t do that. We had to go into a busy space and sing a song. Now the first song that came to my head was You are my sunshine but when it came time to sing this is what came out 🤣 . I laugh because I feel my ego cringing at the sound of my voice or the movement of my body and saying don’t post that how embarrassing. . I share because my ego got annihilated on the weekend and I don’t want to operate from that egoic place that keeps me ‘safe’ or ‘contained’ any longer. Who cares if someone looks at you funny or judges you - that is an issue they have with themselves, not with you. We all come from a place of triggers and mirrors - JUST DO YOU! . So go out and feel free to express yourself.
