He had been so bribed into this, he can believe that he had fallen the old trick his mom had been pulling on him since he was little. 'If you do this for me, I'll treat you to ramen.' Man was he a sucker, he had jumped right on to without even asking what it was he was supposed to do. At least it wasn't something like having to go down to the banks and rake the muck. To be honest, that would of been horrible and he doubt he would of done it for a bowl of ramen... maybe two though.
Just simply helping out at the flower shop, he honestly didn't think there would be much to do. Seriously what could a flower shop have to offer as 'work', Ino had it so easy. Speaking of Ino, Menma seriously couldn't see how Sasuke was always preaching to him in private about how she was so evil. Any time he has ever spoken to her she was so sweet, maybe a bit on the odd side but it was cute how shy she was with everything. He shook his head he didn't need to be thinking about these things, they were silly and got him confused and that was just plain annoying.
He turned the corner and was instantly assaulted with the smell of fresh flower it made him more relaxed. He followed his nose and memory up to the shop and stepped inside the bell ringing. Looking around he called out, "Honey I'm home!" He searched for a familiar blonde amongst all the flowers.
