Did we find out what happened to Mito’s eye in the PB&T mv?

So we know that Mito has been around since Ian’s childhood as a guardian alter.
We know that Insanity has gone opening doors to traumatic memories that Mito tries to prevent him from uncovering.
In the beginning PB&T mv, we see Ian/early Insanity stumble across a traumatic childhood memory they were previously amnesic to.
In the end of the PB&T mv, we see Ian/early Insanity clutching their face with something coming out of their left eye (Mito’s “odd eye” is his left eye)
Is the odd eye representative of experiences Mito had endured when they were a child?
