“Why are you sitting there like a creep?” Lilith calls over to Garrett as she comes out to their backyard, beach towel wrapped around her body. It was a nice hot day and she was going to do some sunbathing before taking a dip in the pool.

Garrett sat on the porch in his usual spot, beer in hand as he got comfortable in the sun - enjoying his day off so far. When his beautiful wife had said she was going to sun tan, he immediately got a beer and got into his favourite spot. He opened the beer, putting on his sunglasses next as he relaxed in the chair. "I can't be a creep when I'm your husband," he calls back to her with a grin. "Besides, I'm waiting for the view to begin."

"Do I?" Matthew had in fact just popped up. A grin splayed across his lips, he reached up and smoothed his dark hair down. "How do you figure that, ma'am?"

At this point, Matthew was flirting. He knew he was never on time for anything nor could he plan very well, he knew his lateness could be an annoyance and yet he couldn't bring himself to manage his time better. He was always getting into something, finding an interesting deal or using any excuse just to lay low if he caught a rumor someone had been asking after him.

When running, he always changed his last name but usually went by his first name, finding it hard to answer to anything else. "You should finally let me take you out." The grin had gotten wider, more devilish as he leaned over and grasped a loose curl before tucking it easily behind her ear. "You know we'd have a great time, Amelia. You'd be with me, I mean like, look at me." With that he stood up straighter, a hand going down and splayed wide open as if to say look at me. His eyes sparkled as he winked, the confidence rolling off of him in waves.

Imogen stood before the full-length mirror, turning slightly from side to side as she inspected her reflection with a critical eye, smoothing the fabric of her outfit before leaning closer to touch up the last traces of her makeup. A careful sweep of mascara, a quick dab of lipstick, and she smiled with quiet satisfaction. “Grey will be home soon,” she admitted, glancing over her shoulder toward her girlfriend lounging nearby. “He texted us that he wouldn’t be long about thirty minutes ago, so I thought I’d make an effort.” She capped her lipstick and set it neatly on the dresser, catching her own amused grin in the mirror. There was a spark of excitement in her expression that she couldn’t quite hide, matched by the playful energy humming beneath her words. “Shall we make him jealous when he comes back?” she teased, a devilish glint dancing in her eyes as she raised a mischievous eyebrow. Before her girlfriend could answer, another notification chimed through the room. Imogen reached for her phone, unlocking it with practiced ease before reading the latest message. Her smile widened instantly, bright with anticipation, as she looked back over her shoulder. “He’s five minutes away now,” she announced, excitement creeping into her voice as she slipped her phone into her pocket, already imagining the look on Grey’s face when he walked through the door.

Fletcher knew he shouldn't have been there, stretched out on his best friend's sofa with his best friend's girlfriend tucked comfortably against his side. Every sensible part of him recognised how wrong the situation was, yet neither of them had made any move to create distance after the drinks they'd shared. The alcohol had blurred the edges of his judgement, leaving the quiet intimacy between them feeling strangely natural despite the guilt simmering beneath it. His best friend was away on a boys' trip that Fletcher hadn't been able to join because he simply couldn't afford it, and somehow that absence had left an uncomfortable space neither of them had intended to fill. The room was silent except for the muted television neither was paying attention to. Fletcher's fingers absent-mindedly traced slow patterns up and down her side, the gentle movement more instinctive than deliberate, though he was acutely aware of every second it continued. He let out a quiet breath before glancing at her, curiosity and something more conflicted flickering across his face. "What do you even see in him?" he asked softly, his voice carrying more sincerity than accusation. "I mean, apart from looks."

⛵ [DECK] Sender gets caught in a sudden downpour on the deck of receiver's private yacht. (Reverse) from Emerson

Oh for fucks sake. Could nothing ever work out? Taggie thought dreading the fact that it started to rain and she was so focused on covering the food she didn’t even realize she was just wearing a dress as she squabbles to cover the food.

It was a nice little private party Mr. Townsend was throwing and she had agreed to be his caterer for it. It was all going rather nicely when it had started to rain. Half of the deck was evacuated to the living room area but Taggie was out here trying to save her food. There was a storm, it was obvious in the flash of lightening warning her stubborn ass to get inside. She does not stop until she feels firm hands on her shoulder and she looks up at Emerson through the blinding rain.

“I am fine!” The ocean roars beneath their feet and she shivers violently, probably looking like a maniac as she still fights for the covers on the food. He didn’t understand that this was important to her, important to her family as well, she could not let them down.

“Help me get the food inside, please!”

Colette reluctantly pulled away from their lips, a soft giggle escaping her as she rested her forehead against theirs. “We’re going to get in so much trouble if your friend walks in now,” she teased, her cheeks warm with amusement. Despite the fact that they had only been kissing, there was something naturally innocent about her, a sweetness that made even moments like this feel playful rather than reckless. Her fingers threaded gently through their hair, absentmindedly combing through the strands as she smiled. The thought of being caught made her laugh again, though there was no real concern behind it. “I’ll blame you for being a bad influence,” she added, pointing an accusing finger at them for a second before her grin widened and ruined any attempt at seriousness.
