If we’re going to go with my main verse, which is where I obviously spend most of my time writing Roxanne, then I would say in most circumstances she would attempt to fix it herself. It means more to her to protect herself from something rather than let someone else do it. Otherwise it would make her feel weak and cowardly if she ran away for help. Granted, this is for situations she thinks she can handle.
For situations that are completely out of hand, she would go to Alucard. I made it a canon for Roxanne a few months back that she is actually a reincarnation of Vasilissa — a daughter of Vlad Tepes and Elizabeta. She tragically died do to Alucard accidentally killing her in a frenzied state and in a grotesque attempt to turn her into a vampire. Once Alucard found her again, he has tasked himself with protecting her. Even if Roxanne is an angel and not his biological daughter, he still feels paternal instincts over her.
She knows it, too. She knows that should things become too much to handle and her life is in daughter she can run to Alucard for help. In turn, it’s likely that Alucard would take her to Asgard and keep her there with himself and Loki.
All together, it’s safer for her to live in Asgard with the two of them. To be treated like a princess and never worry for her life ever again, but she feels too much responsibility to the people of Earth as a guardian angel and as a surgeon to ever leave them. It’s unfathomable to her at this moment in time. Granted, it wouldn’t be very hard to manipulate her into staying in Asgard.
Plus! She loves her horse ranch. She likes her life the way it is now, but yes, if it was ever in grave danger and it was something she couldn’t fix herself, then she would go to Alucard to fix it. And that’s just one person! She is also friends with Odahviing and Alduin, the World Eater. I’m sure they would be very upset if their little angel was in danger. She has very powerful friends, but instinct would tell her to go to Alucard first.
