Save image (make sure it’s in .png format)

Open image in layer based photo editor (Photoshop, Sketchbook), and make new layer to go beneath the image

Find an image, screenshot your desktop, etc., then paste screenshot or found image on bottom layer. Resize so it fits in the screen.
