30 Day Dragonball Z Challenge: Day 6 - Favorite Episode
Again with the impossible questions ._. Here it goes.
The Inside Buu episodes, and Vegeta's Final Atonement.
Inside Buu because....FEELINGS. Goku and Vegeta's epic bromance is epic. For the most part, these episodes were a welcome spot of comic relief, and it also served to show how much Vegeta and Goku's relationship has changed over the years. It was nice to see them bantering like friends instead of two people who want to kill each other.
Vegeta's final atonement because it's a death that always has such a profound impact on me, whearas most of the others were diminished because they could just be wished back. Logically, I knew they could bring Vegeta back after this one too, but it felt so...final. In the heat of the moment, I wasn't thinking about the dragonballs. I wasn't thinking, "Oh, they can just wish him back." I couldn't think at all, I was so emotionally devastated. In a show where death is just something you walk off, that's a hefty achievement indeed.
