                   It takes a lot to get Jet Star mad, but when you do, it depends entirely on who you are. With people like Korse, Val Velocity, and others that he doesn’t like, Jet becomes a stone wall. He won’t react to any of their attacks against him, and he silently gets rid of the problem at hand, with an eerie level of proficiency.

                   However, with people he cares about, like Party Poison, it’s an entirely different story. He makes sure he’s in a place where he can show emotions, and he goes off. Yelling, crying, waving his arms around. There are only a few people he trusts to see him like that. Jet Star doesn’t like to get angry with people he cares about, so he’s trained himself to be very tolerant of a lot of things.

                   Jay isn’t that picky of an eater, so long as the food is good. He especially loves Mexican cuisine, but he mostly is found eating junk food. His favorite junk food is probably cheese stuffed crust Hawaiian pizza.

                   Jet, somehow, is fairly well adjusted to the life in the zones. He’ll have spells of sadness or fear at times, but he assumes that it’s a normal thing to happen. He frequently has nightmares, sometimes night terrors, but dismisses them if anyone asks.

                    Jet hates Power Pup. He constantly is trying to barter with Tommy, or other killjoys to get something different. He’s even gone out and hunted for food in the desert, but that rarely works. If he does get food that’s somewhat palatable, he’s a great cook, but occasions like that are sadly rare.

                    Jet is panromantic and demisexual. He never really understood the confinement of only being attracted to one gender, and he’s open to giving love to anyone he encounters. He’s very particular about any kind of sex, though, and needs to trust his potential partner immensely before even considering sexual relations.

                    Jet Star’s closest relatives before everything started going downhil were his mother and grandmother. He hardly remembers their actual interactions, but he has vague memories of baking, gardening, and just being with them. His grandmother passed before they moved to Battery City, and in retrospect, Jet’s glad for that.

does anyone call jay "j" as a redundant rickname?

                    In verbal conversation, it’s difficult to tell. But online, some people will just type out J or j at him. He’s used to it, and has no opinion on it.
