Hello everyone to Ted talk of why Inspector Nii is Nezumi

(Not gonna lie I didn't expect this to blow up) The credit for the idea of like the Nezumi/Nii theory thing is citrus- soda and Yellowfallow who told me about Citrus's idea

Starting with evidence #1 Mouse trap

These two pages show of not only how fast and detailed of How especially quick Inspector Nii in the story is shown to taking care of case while Inspector Ishida and Usagi leave the scene but by the next page he comes in quick with his calling card in such quick notice, Usually it would take longer in reality but Nezumi come in immediately after Inspector Nii left.

Here we have everyone in the same room having a laugh then the conversation goes further into Nezumi/Nii where they bring up the morals with Nezumi until Usagi brings in a small joke of how Inspector Nii and Nezumi are never seen together that maybe he is Nezumi

Which is true as Inspector Nii is always with Inspector Ishida but not with Nezumi is around

How do you think Leo would get along with inspector Ishida? Or Sasuke?

I think he'd get along great with Inspector Ishida! Leo has a very strategic mind and would be great help on a case. Not to mention, he's a polite young man who can hold an intelligent conversation. Ishida will occasionally ask a few curious questions about Japan in Leo's time period. The politics, the people, the religion... and Leo's a nerd about Japanese history, so he'd be eager to answer.

Sasuke is difficult for Leo to wrap his head around, similarly to how Usagi feels about him. Though Leo would be more fascinated by his magic than Usagi, who finds it unsettling. He wants nothing more than to help Sasuke but can get a little frustrated by the demon queller's refusal to elaborate on anything at all ever 😭 Leo does feel sympathy for him, though, for his seemingly never-ending uphill battle against demons

Who would your pick be for another UY character to appear with Usagi in a TMNT show?

Discounting any UY character that already appeared in a TMNT show (tomoe, noriyuki, gen, chizu, hebi, and jei, I'm pretty sure that's all lemme know if I missed one 😭)

My first choice would probably be Kitsune! She's one of Usagi's closest friends and deserves an animated debut (there's a kitsune in that usagi chronicles show, but I'm like POSITIVE its not the same one). Plus, I think she'd have a fun dynamic with the turtles. I can't decide if it'd be funnier if they were difficult to steal from bc of their ninja training or if they'd be comically easy to steal from bc of their naivety 😭

I also think Sasuke or Inspector Ishida have interesting story potential in fighting back against demons or cracking a case, respectively. Either story would be fun to see the turtles in!
