Being new to witchhood I imagine Lena may have some amusing missteps trying to find other magic users and getting caught up with the insta witchs.
It reminds me when Willow in btvs joins the university Wicca group. A real witch amongst those in it for the aesthetic. If I remember correctly they don’t believe in real witchcraft and and find talking about magic and spells is feeding into negative stereotypes - they’re in it for the chanting and bake sales.
Lol yes! I mean, Lena wouldn't find anything wrong with meditation and bake sales, of course. But she'd probably prod them towards actual witchcraft in short order. Natural leader and all that.
As far as her BECOMING an insta witch, I think at some point she'd share a spell from her book, and add "tell me what happens!"
She gets a lot of people telling her stories of prosperity or love, or whatever the spell was ostensibly supposed to do. But what Lena is really waiting for are the people who come into her DMs like "it looks like fireflies in a jar, doesn't it? come to our weekly coven meeting, heres the deets."
Because the firefly people are those with actual magic and they know what Lena is doing.
