#instabookreport, #TheArgonauts - I ❤️ this book. I love the way theory is woven into the personal narrative (the book jacket calls it "autotheory") and how she (Maggie Nelson) cites the theorists she references in the margins. And the way it seems like it was written one thought, one paragraph at a time, each makes sense on its own but flows from and into the next to make the story kind of like life actually is. I feel like I am creating this way right now, knitting a few rows or reading a few pages in all those leftover moments between family time, work and chores. It's the process of building your family and a life despite all of the things that make it difficult.
