I'd been following @creativcheesecakeco for quite some time. Chef Relle posted many good reviews & went viral on several platforms including the Shaderoom. She advertised orders for 9/4/22 would be first come first served till sold out. That only 100 (16oz) small jars, 30 (32oz) medium jars and 12 (128oz) large jars were available so to order quickly. I ordered two small 16oz jars of seafood salad on 9/4/22. I selected one day overnight shipping, it was $49.65 which is pricy but I wanted to support this Blk business and quickly/safely receive the seafood salad to try. To my surprise a mandatory preselected tip(donation) of $10 minimum, $15 or $20 (that you cannot unselect was already selected). The two 16oz jars was $29.70, overnight shipping $49.65 plus the $10 tip totaled $89.35. A shipping label was created on 9/25, the package was sent from the post office on 9/30 and had an expected arrival date on 10/3. I knew something was wrong so I checked the informed delivery, she sent seafood salad 2day shipping although I paid for overnight shipping. I emailed her several times with no response. She posted now deleted videos blaming the post office stating to file a claim with the post office for a refund and taking no accountability. She deleted my comment and others about not receiving/delayed orders and turned off the comments. The order arrived five days later on 10/4. The ice packs had melted, the package smelled. The seafood jars were spoiled, bubbling and exploding out of the jar upon opening. I had to throw them out. I filed a claim with the post office because she did not respond to any of my emails and multiple request for a refund. She later posted she had 487 orders well over the limited amounts she falsely advertised. DO NOT ORDER from Creative Cheesecake Collection! Check Google(2.3 stars) and the Better Business Bureau (F rating) website. @creativecheesecakefraud is also another resource.
