How to install a ceiling fan...re-installing a shower light switch is what this DIY howto video is about. VideoJoe is almost done with his ceiling fan installation project & one of the things he needs to do is re-install the existing shower light switch. Remember he had to remove the existing shower light switch in order to remove the existing single gang electrical outlet junction box in order to install a new plastic 2gang cutin light switch outlet box in order to have enough room to run his ceiling fan wiring from this new 2gang wall switch location to on up to the ceiling fan & to install a ceiling fan wall switch at this same location next to the shower light switch! So that's why he wanted to include in this video series of re-installing the light switch for the shower. If you were previously watching, VideoJoe had showed how to connect up all the ground wires & the white wires & he has those already situated back into the wall outlet box & now is ready to install & re-connect the light switch to the remaining wiring.
