Ingredients: 3 lbs pork shoulder, trimmed and cut into chunks. 1 cup barbecue sauce. 1/2 cup chicken broth. 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar. 2 tablespoons brown sugar. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 8 hamburger buns. Coleslaw for topping optional.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce, chicken broth, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt to create the sauce. Place pork shoulder chunks in the Instant Pot and pour the sauce over them. Seal the Instant Pot and set it to Manual/Pressure Cook mode for 60 minutes. Once the cooking is complete, allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then perform a quick pressure release.
