Hoy día cualquier persona es un generador de contenido, esto trae consigo el exceso de información la cual provoca desinformación. No solo desinformación, también provoca saturación, desanimo.... 😫 . Lo que resulta que de querer hacer tantas cosas (cursos, ejercicios, recetas, saber las noticias, saber de los amigos) te puede llevar a NO hacer nada e iniciar un estado de tristeza o de confusión y muchas veces ni sabrás porqué te sientes así 😰 . . . El principal problema de saturarnos de información es la falta de pensamiento crítico para filtrar la gran cantidad de información. 🤨 . . . El acceso a la información en tiempo real ha derivado en el síndrome del “siempre conectado”, que desdibuja el tiempo de trabajo del de ocio, afectando a las relaciones no sólo laborales, sino a las sociales y familiares. . El liderazgo de vida comienza por ti, tu tienes el control de tus seguidores, de tus siguiendo y hasta de la lupa explorador, pues a lo que lees más es lo que Instagram te recomendará. .
