We get really exhausted when internally communicating with each other. Communicating with just one other headmate for an extended period of time makes us tired, and communicating with two or more headmates at once tires us out very quickly and also tends to make us dissociate, to the point that we need to be very strict about making sure all communications are one on one. Do you have any idea what could be causing this or how to deal with it?
Communication may take lots of effort or energy. It does not make you bad or incorrect for taking as much energy as you need to communicate, though I am sorry to hear it is causing issues of fatigue and dissociation. I cannot speak to what might be causing this to happen, but I can think of a few solutions. The first would be to carry on as you have been and try to limit your conversations to one on one sparse conversations. I understand that may become frustrating, and if that is the case, perhaps you could try to build up your resistance, though I would not want to recommend that at the risk of your health. Another method worth trying is to try and communicate externally via a private discord server, a notebook, random notes, or any other system that may suit you. We covered that more here in this post, if you'd like to read that to see if it helps. Regardless, please exercise caution and do not push yourselves too hard. I hope this helps. - Rem [Sprite]
