Hii guys, I am back with another masterpost which is the second in my back to school series and these are few things which I personally use to survive school, hope you enjoy - 1) think positive - having a positive mindset have physical benefits as well as affect your brainwave patterns which is crucial while preparing for school. 2) handling anxiety - practice deep breathing techniques if you find yourself becoming nervous or overwhelmed. 3) bring necessary materials - be sure to stock up and bring materials like stationery, water bottle, snacks etc. 4) space your study session - as homework piles up, but it may be tempting to procrastinate but instead of last minute cramming give yourself enough time in a day, give a deadline prior to the actual deadline. 5) interweave your subjects - inter change your subjects to avoid burnouts and learn more in less time. 6) test yourself - testing yourself will actually help you understand what you learned and you will know how much you learned.
