The Russian Language Day 2023 opening ceremony to be followed by a concert and film screening will demonstrate the role that the Russian language plays in strengthening interethnic communication and intercultural dialogue, as well as promoting UNESCO efforts in the sphere of multilingualism and within the International Decade of Indigenous Languages.
