The first few years after Konoha was founded weren’t exactly a good time, there were way too many things for them to build, not just the village but it’s system as well, especially the academia and the hospital, because those two werewhat necessary in order to help the younger generation survive, unlike the warring era where they could be killed within the blink of an eye. Unfortunately, things were rather bad for them when one of the founders, Madara Uchiha defected from Konoha and Tobirama knew Hashirama wasn’t the same anymore. He was still their amazing Leader, still his kindhearted and noisy brother, but because they were siblings, that’s why he could recognized the signs.
It was hardly a surprise when Hashirama one day asked if Tobirama would be willing to take the hat from him. Truth was, the younger Senju knew he wasn’t exactly the best one, because unlike Hashirama, he didn’t had the same charm, he was too strict, he wasn’t suit being a Hokage during the peace time. But he knew Hashirama could no longer took the position and the new generation wasn’t ready just yet. In the end, he agreed with it, for the greater good, however, he didn’t plan to hold the position for too long. Even though Hashirama had yet to announce the new to anyone, Tobirama already planned to prepare for his successor, he wouldn’t groom them directly, but he would see if any of them had the potential. . .
Eyes gazed the lone figure in front of him, Tobirama parted his lips for a question to come.
“I have received people’s report about your performance, they all agreed to give you the Jounin title, however, I want to hear from you, Danzo, what do you think of this?”
