Sehwan let out a sigh of relief, the same sigh he made every time he and Min passed through Redwood's gates and into the makeshift town's perimeter from a patrol. Because it wasn't lost on him, ever, that every time he stepped foot outside of it- hell, even inside of it - could be the last time he did so. He had accepted long ago that they were all on borrowed time here. It wasn't that he was a pessimist necessarily, just a very pragmatic realist.
The odds were simply stacked against them being able to survive this for the long haul. There were millions of people in the US, which meant millions of people could potentially be infected and turned into zombies. The chances of them out-surviving millions of zombies, seemed slim at best.
He reached down to scratch Min behind the ears, "Good girl." he practically cooed at the dog, congratulating her on her good behavior while they had been out. After reporting to the precinct, he began to head off in the direction of his house, when he spotted a familiar face coming their way. "Just the man I was looking for." he greeted with about as close to a friendly smile as Sehwan tended to give. "Had a question or two for you about training, if you've got the time?" David had been an incredible resource for Sehwan with training Min, the man had already trained his own dog and Sehwan was grateful that he was willing to share his knowledge.
