It was hard gauging if the coast was clear, ever, so Ed decided to take things slow as he always did, holding onto one bottle of beer for a good hour by now, when he sees a face that makes him go both oh no and oh yeah. He knew the girl would have him drinking thrice as much in the next sixty minutes, and maybe that wasn’t such a bad thing. “I better be getting on your good side for coming to your party.”
