A day to herself was a weird feeling for Sage, especially during the holiday season when she'd been filling her days with as much baking with Maggie time as she could manage, barely letting the little girl out of her sight as soon as the first snowflake fell that winter. But, that night she'd decided to take a step back and let her daughter have fun elsewhere, finding her own distraction in the events taking place on the mountain top. She immediately gravitated toward the hot chocolate station, forgoing the s'mores altogether in favor of hot cocoa spiked with a hint of Fireball, as she watched the snowmen taking shape in front of her, amused that there was an entire contest dedicated to it. The movement beside her was the only thing that drew her focus away from the happenings in front of her, her gaze flitting to the taller man who ended up nearby, a man with a particular face she recognized immediately. "Nathan Crane," She spoke out, a teasing amusement behind her raised eyebrow. "I didn't realize holiday festivities were your kind of thing. You finished counting your sack of coins for the evening?"
