Perfect, a cross-country flight to relax after a stressful argument. Zoé couldn’t think of anything better than watching the scenery pass beneath them to pass the time. Nothing could stop them from having a good time on their way back to NYC, not even-

No, nope, no way; they would not let themself be bullied over something as silly as vines on this trip. It’d already dissolved into petty name calling on their part, something they weren’t proud of. But they were right, vines were a lesser form of comedy if even for its short duration. Jokes couldn’t always land, and the ones that did were often vulgar and low-brow. Not that Eyal would listen to that, he cared too much. They wanted to say something more now, but really? On a plane in front of people? No.
