It was dark when they left the temple. First we need to cure Jeb (who has been marked for death!) and Ji Ho. Luckily they passed an abandoned computer and were able to buy the cure. (I was in panik and couldn't think of anything else than saving them o.o')

And after drinking the cure, Jeb turned into a skeleton as a side effect... Poor Saiwa. He can't get used to it.

On their way to find a save place to sleep, they still looked for that Amazonite... They have to be very careful not to be seen, now that Vlad and Jack have these annoying suns over their heads for 2 days! omg

Still no luck! How are they supposed to proceed with this riddle when they don't find an Amazonite?

They didn't dare return to their accomodation or the Sapphire Retreat. Let alone light a fire. So they looked for a hidden place and slept under the stars.

Vlad and Jack are still awake. They talked for a while and made up again. Vlad promised to be honest from now on and Jack forgave him for what he did to them (Vlad tried to bond with Morgan to spare Ji Ho from the Bond Magic...) they are best friends after all and Vlad already paid for his mistake with his eyesight. Jack: "Is the Bond still trying to convince you to kill us?" Vlad: "It's surprisingly quiet..." Jack: "Maybe it's just happy because you're near Ji Ho. Tell us if anything changes." Vlad: "Promised."

And then they went to sleep too.

The next morning. Early... Since Jeb has a brand new appearance for a few hours, he thought it might be a good idea to visit the market again to look for the missing ingredients for the potion...

Saiwa isn't very happy about it. What if Mami and 'The Boys™' recognize and kidnap him to join them? But they have no choice... Saiwa: "Be careful." Jeb: "I will. Go back to the camp so nobody sees you."

So they went back to pack their stuff together. And Ji Ho didn't give up on that Amazonite. But he only found his second Alexandrite! Unbelievable...

Meanwhile at the market. Jeb bought the ingredients for the potion. No one recognized him. *phew*

Before he left he asked if they maybe have some Nitelite Crystals. The Boy™: "Ah no, I'm sorry. But you could go to the Meteorite Crash Scene. Some Aliens do their research there. There was a giant Nitelite Meteorite Crash a while ago. Hey, and if you like, take one of those Amazonites. They're for free. Lyin' around here on every corner..." What? ö.Ö

It took a while until they reached their final destination. They had to sneak and made sure nobody followed them. But now they are finally at the end of their Jungle Adventure!

They way inside is barred... Ji Ho: "How are we supposed to enter?" Saiwa: "There must be a way. We've made it this far already. Let's search the surroundings." Jeb: "But stay together! And be careful! Gods when I think of only Jack and I survived - I..I..."

Jeb was interrupted by the Droid, who was beeping excitedly... He was standing in front of a pedestal. Jack: "So other Jeb said, we need the crystals for the pedestals by the ship. Leaves the potion..."

And really, as soon as they placed the potion at the pedestal, a crack opened! It was a bit of a hassle to slip through the vines and the narrow crack, but eventually they all made it to the other side.

There is the Ship! But it's in a cave and the roots keep it in place...

Saiwa: "So when we place the crystals and the meteorites - something will happen. But Ji Ho's pedestal is on this side and we are on the ship. This might divide us and Jeb ... the other Jeb warned us and said we have to stay together!" Rubyn: "But he also told us to do so..." Ji Ho: "I think you have to go ahead and I stay with Rubyn to find a way to use the meteorites to travel! Now that we have all the information from Albaleyh and ... the other Jeb and this pedestal here. And then we can meet again soon. And bring Kiyoshi back." The Bond only hears that Ji Ho and Vlad will be divided...

Saiwa shared his recordings from Albaleyh with Rubyn before they leave. Jeb: "I really hope we are doing the right thing here, Ji Ho." Ji Ho: "The other Jeb and Jack must have been sure it works out. If not they wouldn't have lead us here, hm? We will be together soon." Vlad was very, very silent in the background...

Jack was just about to explore the ship...

When Malfoy appeared in front of him! (Malfoy can sense any kind of magical interferences.)

Vlad shouted: "Jack! Wolf!" The Bond pushed him towards the others. The others who are going to keep him from Ji Ho - again! And Jack knew what was about to happen in an instant. He shifted to stop Vlad the Bond from killing them. Jack is the only one strong enough to keep Vlad at bay.

And Vlad knows that very well... he still has the scars, you know?

Jack is stopping Vlad with his lightsaber before the Bond can do any harm. (Insult Lightsaber Sword Fighting™ is an old Vlad-Jack tradition.) Vlad the Bond: "No one will tear Ji Ho and Vlad apart!"

Rubyn: "I don't think they are taking this serious enough..."

Jack: "Well, my green friend and I have an update: we will tear YOU apart!"

Eventually, after a few more insults, Jack defeated Vlad/the Bond. Jeb: "Had it been you who killed the others in other Jeb and Jack's timeline?" Vlad was devastated. Had he? Gods.

Vlad: "We need to cut the Bond! Why did the other Jeb say we can't? I'm going to stay here with Ji Ho and we go to Francine to cut that damn Bond before it kills us!" Rubyn: "Maybe Vlad is right. With all the information we gathered here, I can easily finish my research on the meteorites without the Bond..." Jack: "I don't think Vlad killed them. He wasn't there either, only Jeb and me. And I don't think the Bond would have killed Ji Ho. Other Jeb and other I had a plan. Trust us, hm? Malfoy and I can keep Vlad the Bond at bay until you figuered out how to use the meteorites to travel and Ji Ho joins us again. Ji Ho and Vlad already teleported with Bond Magic. And opened the portal to the Otherworld. Maybe we still need the Bond to travel. We're almost there!"

And then the goats began to enter the ship. Ji Ho's Little Goat stayed at the pedestal off the ship... Jack: "I think they are telling us where to stand."

Time to say goodbye. Saiwa: "Good luck, Rubyn and thank you. Take good care of Ji Ho." Rubyn: "I will do my best. Francine will know what to do." Jack: "Let's go, Vlad."

They went to the spots the goats showed them. Ji Ho and Vlad placed their meteorites on the pedestals and put the crystals in the openings. Just as other Jeb told them. Jack: "We will meet again soon!"

And then the whole ship vanished!

Rubyn and Ji Ho packed up the pedestal and Little Goat, then they called the UFO to fly to Copperdale...

Solution - Part 2

'Rubyn Retreat' was a trap (Rubyn is the name of their Expedition Leader) ;) But the ruby gemstone is red. Emeralds are green. Usually diamonds a colorless but there are colored ones too. Sapphire is the one we searched for, the blue one. Amethysts are purple. Obsidian is vulcanic glass and black. Quarz is colorless too. (Allmost all of these stone have color varieties but usually they are known to have these colors.)

They followed Jeb's voice until they reached the chamber with another monitor. He kept repeating 'Vanië' until they all gathered.

Then he started to speak. Other Jeb: "Vanië. My friends. I apologize for the troubles but... we had to make sure only you can enter the ship. I guess you already figured that Professor Callahan is Jack and I am his assistant." Saiwa: "WHAT? JACK! OMG JEB!!!"

Other Jeb: "Vanië. Listen. We don't have much time. Time - we messed up so badly ... so we went back - you have to do it right from now on. Do everything necessary to gather. And stay together. Do not cut the bond! Leave no one behind. Bring Kiyoshi back. Work on your songs, Ji Ho. Don't forget: Before you move on - gather!"

Other Jeb: "You need to go to the ship now. Place the Amazonite at Ji Ho's pedestal and the Nitelite on the ship's with the meteorites. Make sure nobody follows you. Albaleyh shoud have given Rubyn all the information she needs to improve her research on the meteorites. This is how you'll be able to gather again." Then Jeb told them how to find the ship and ended the message: "Vanië, I love you. Always." ... Other Jack: "And! - Cut! Drones are off." But they weren't... Other Jeb: "Gods, Jack. I hope they don't mess it up this time." Other Jack: "They won't. We won't loose them again."

Vlad: "Where is this from? The Apocalypse? Are we dead there? Did they therefore set this all up?" Ji Ho: "Where are you going, Jeb?"

Ji Ho found Jeb in a chamber nearby. Crying. Jeb: "I always thought Vanië and I had the eternity together. I never thought I could loose him again. There is no life for me without him. How could I even exist there without him?" Ji Ho: "We don't know if ... if we are dead in their future or timeline or I-don't-know-what - all we can do here is to do our best to avoid it - what ever 'it' is, hm?"

Meanwhile Saiwa went down the other road and screamed with Jack... Vlad: "Sai - stop it. Jeb and Jack - from wherever when or where - risked a lot to set this up and warn us. You heard him. We need to leave now. Our Jack has nothing to do with it. Neither does Jeb. We can discuss the rest later. Let's go."

They donned the camouflage attire they found at the crashed plane and Ji Ho, who recorded Other Jeb's message, lead them through the Jungle to the Ship - hopefully. Luckily the stupid, revealing suns over Vlad and Jack's heads finally vanished! And of course Jack didn't leave his new friend behind...

This is the solution of the fifth riddle of our Interactive Clue Hunt! If you want to start from the beginning, click -> here.

Jeb: "Oh you've been so cute as Janis Joplin!" Vlad, so quiet that only Jack can hear it: "I still have fotos of him."

Saiwa to Rubyn: "Ji Ho was dressed as Janis Joplin at the 70s Party, we had so much fun!"

They received the code for the door for the right answer. Saiwa entered the code and the panel demanded his fingerprint... And it opened! How strange... Saiwa took a look inside and hesitated. The skeletons with the robot heads look - intimidating, weird and creepy 🤖

Saiwa: "Rubyn, wait!" Rubyn's SI are robots, no way she'll stay away from them...

Jack and Vlad were unstoppable when they saw the Astromech. They love Star Wars. Saiwa: "Wait! What if there are traps?" But too late. Jack: "This is amazing!"

They searched the chamber but there was no other riddle and no clue what to do to proceed. Jeb: "Maybe this is the end of the Expedition? Jack gets his Astromech and we can finally leave? ^^' " Saiwa: "Have I told you lately that I love you?"

Jack: "Hey! What if this Astromech has a message for us? Like Leia for Obi Wan?"

Jack started to meddle with the circuit board of the Astromech.

But Nothing happened... Saiwa: "There! Let's just leave. You watched too many movies, Jack..." Jack: "Tch! I refuse to give up. The Professor must have lead us here for a reason. And he made sure that only we can enter! We still need to find the ship!"

And really, after a few minutes the Astromech had a message: 'Help us Saiwa Vanië Man Del Dúath, you are our only hope!'

Saiwa: "I knew you are behind this! I'm going to..." Jack: "I swear it wasn't me! That's a deep fake or something. He looks just like me. Amazing..." And then they heard Jeb's voice from another room: "Vanië." Saiwa: "Not you too, Jeb!" Jeb: "I have nothing to do with this, Vanië." Saiwa: "Only you call me 'Vanië', no one else..." Rubyn: "Let's see what this is all about."

There are a lot of Little Goat doubles in Selvadorada (like Vlad's Little Goat in the background) since there are no residential lots, we can't pick them up when we place them from the buydebug...

Early next morning Rubyn and the Boys thanked and said goodbye to Albaleyh and B.D after having a last meal together. They called the horses and rode the long way back to the crashed plane to 'move on'...

Morale is rock bottom. They are so tired after mining all day yesterday. Yet another riddle, yet another day in the green hell of Selvadorada and no end in sight.

They reached another cool temple. But even if they eventually solved all the riddles, the hassle will just go on and on. They'd still have no home, no save place.

Always on the run from the Council and one obstacle after another. Jack is in pain, Kiyoshi is lost, Vlad and Ji Ho will cut the bond and Ji Ho will leave them - but only if the Bond doesn't kill them first...

Get yourself together Boys! It will all be well in the end! Don't give up and explore the cool temple! The Boys (and the horses ^^') sigh from the depths of their soul: "Ok..."

The doors are locked. Rubyn tried to slice the panel - in vain. And poor Ji Ho still doesn't give up to find an Amazonite in the wild ^^' (It was his third Alexandrite! omg)

Jack tried to devour the door. With success! But it only left the plain wall and no doorway...

But Jeb spotted an open doorway on the upper floor!

As soon as they'd all enterd the room, the wall hanging revealed the fifth riddle:

A cloudy day in Selvadorada. At least it's not raining. They all got up very early. B.D instructed them on how to mine and process the Nitelite crystals. Team Geology at work ;)

Even though Jack is still in severe pain, he insisted to help. Sitting around also hurts so he can work as well. At least it distracts him from his aching body (and heart). Noxee had already warned him that it would be hard and painful to leave his Alpha. And she didn't even know about the fated mates thing... Despite his physical condition, his mental state is a lot better since he broke up with Kiyoshi. He loved Kiyoshi, but this relationship was doing him no good. So he will endure the pain and hope it will eventually fade.

Albaleyh took Rubyn and Saiwa to their lab to show them how they are doing their research on the meteorite. Saiwa is documenting their new insights. This will improve the research on Ji Ho and Vlad's meteorites - a lot.

Even though they only needed a few Nitelite Crystals - Ji Ho and Jeb already gathered by noon - they also have to be processed. So they agreed with Albaleyh and B.D to work there all day (to repay for the help and hospitality) and stay for another night. They would ride into the night if they'd left now. (I love when they eat all together :3 )

Saiwa talked with Albaleyh about their latest quest. 'Gather (the materials) and move on'. Albaleyh told him there is only one way leading away from the plane wreck without going back, so this probably means they should stay on the path after they collected the materials.

(Vlad's face in the background! ^^' I always wondered why Jack and Vlad are such good friends. I think maybe it's because Jack can make Vlad laugh and drags him out of his comfort zone. Vlad is so quiet and serious all the time, except with Jack 💞)

Saiwa and Jack are doing the dishes. The monotonous work at the machine had Jack thinking a lot. Also about their promise to be honest to each other - to become a team. Jack: "Sai, I promised to be honest, but I can't tell you who my Alpha was. I swore to him to keep it a secret. With my life." Saiwa: "Oh Jack. But I understand. It's over now anyway, hm?"

The night before, Albaleyh and B.D woohooed in their tent and Rubyn woke up and cried because she was jealous. Then I remembered that she had been together with B.D years before (even before she was in a relationship with adult Ji Ho ^^')...

Saiwa is upset because everyone woohooes except for him and Jeb...
