It was like looking into a mirror. Tyrian couldn’t believe his eyes as he caught the sight of the other man--someone who looked just like him. Same eyes, same face, same everything. Fear momentarily filled his veins as Tyrian as he thought it was an illusion, a momentary distraction from Emerald before her and the others of Salem’s group would burst from the trees to--
No. No, none of them even cared about Tyrian anymore. It had been months since he had so much as heard of them and their plights across Remnant--this wasn’t their doing, but it--how? What was going on?
After a few moments, Tyrian slowly stood onto his feet, body tensed and ready for any moment to fight. Was this a dream? Was he hallucinating? His golden eyes narrowed and stared the man down, wearing his face and body and everything else.
“Who the hell are you?” He asked firmly, brow quirked as he stared at the other across the forest clearing. “The last I checked, I was neither having a nightmare nor in a drug-induced stupor.”
