Alina was not slick, she thought she was, but you could tell when she was not right. Usually she was calm and composed but she’s been jumpy more temperamental. She’d go and be alone and leave with her eyes red. Alina was always carrying a water bottle with her which wouldn’t be so concerning if it wasn’t for the fact that it wasn’t water in there.

Alina needed to be okay, she was pretty sure the only thing she knew she was good at was being the strong one. She wasn’t sure if she was a good daughter, she didn’t know if she was that good of a sister, she had trouble keeping friendships. Right now the only thing she felt confident in was that she could handle a lot without needing anyone. But apparently the cute teammate who cornered her thought otherwise.

“We need to talk? Never thought I’d hear those words from you....did you have to corner me though?”
