I was sent a few questions by a friend for their blog recently and one of the questions was what annoys me most on Instagram. I tend not to go there if I'm honest and there are things that annoy us all aren't there? 🤷♀️ . I will tell you one. And its something that irks me now, as it did over 3 years ago and it's when someone sees you've shared them but doesn't reply, say thank you or reshare. I'm seldom reshared and I get that but a thank you would be nice. . As someone said to me recently "You don't need to get any bigger nor do you need my help" 🙃 I didn't get into it with them 😂 . I know alot of us dislike IG "love bombing" when someone constantly comments, messages, and shares your account until you follow them. Then you never hear from them again. . I did read a caption a few months ago under someone's post which mentioned they UNFOLLLOWED people who liked to share how many magazines they've been in (and listed them in their bio), the square footage of their homes and how big it is or the "5 things about me" meaning how many degrees they have. . I follow accounts that inspire me and I don't get caught up in IG games, competitiveness and the cattiness that can come with it. . I was also thinking of unfollowing accounts that don't inspire me as they once did. It won't be a cull 😂 and just accounts who I don't connect with or chat to.....like ever! . . We're evolving and changing all the time and that includes things we once enjoyed, our hobbies, our food choices and even our circle of friends. .
